The following message was sent to all residential students
Good Morning –
We hope this message finds you well on this rainy day! We are writing to ask for your partnership in keeping an eye on our facilities today. Should you observe any facility issues, including those outlined below, please be sure to report them immediately to Facilities and Campus Services at 336-758-4255.
- Roofs – Look for any evidence of a roof leak which might include water dripping from the ceiling, ceiling tiles sagging
- Floors – Any standing water or slick spots
- Building Exteriors – Clogged drains, standing water on walkways
While our staff will be walking communities today, we will not be entering student rooms, so those spaces are incredibly important for you to help be our eyes.

If Your Student Has a Problem
One of the best ways parents/families can help their students is to let them solve their own problems. Use the Stop, Drop, and Roll method when your student contacts you with a problem. The flyer also lists contact information for serious concerns where family intervention might be appropriate.
