In this Issue: consider giving your Deac the gift of clean laundry via Wake Wash
I am working various Family Orientation events today, so this is a pre-posted blog written by our friends at Wake Wash.
For our P’29 families reading the Daily Deac, you may not have heard of Wake Wash yet, so we are excited to introduce this optional add-on that can make your Deac’s experience even easier. For our P’26–P’28 families, we want to remind you of this convenient service as well.
Wake Wash is Wake Forest’s exclusively licensed, alumni-owned, and student-operated wash/dry/fold laundry service. Let’s face it, college laundry can be a hassle. From hunting down an empty machine in the residence hall basement to spending precious hours each week waiting for clothes to finish, it is not the best use of your Deac’s time. That is where we come in.
Here is how it works:
Students receive a Wake Wash laundry bag.
Every Tuesday, they simply place it outside their residence hall room door filled with their dirty laundry.
By Wednesday late afternoon, it is back at their door, freshly washed, dried, and neatly folded!
And for those dress shirts, blazers, or specialty items, we also offer a full-service dry-cleaning pick-up and delivery option.
Give your student more time for studying, relaxing, and enjoying their Wake Forest experience without the laundry headache!
Visit Wake Wash for sign-up details and more information or email us directly at info@wakewashwfu.com with any questions.
