A few quotes as move-in approaches

I am out of the office today, but have preposted some quotes about move in and the start of college. These might hit you in the feels. I hope at least one of these might resonate with you, whether you are a P’26 or a P’29. I also took this picture of the Quad yesterday – look at this perfect grass, just waiting to be filled with students!

A mother's job is to teach her children not to need her anynore. The hardest part of that job is accepting success They are not 'leaving' but rather going out into the world to experience a life in which you have prepared them to flourish this is a new chapter filled with pride, love, and a little ache where their laugh used to be its ok to feel sad about your kid leaving and also all the little things they did like leaving empty cookie bags etc check in on your friends who are sending kids off to college feel proud of yourself too virtual hug
