Happy Hanukkah!

Hanukkah began lastnight, and to all our Deac families who are celebrating, we wish you Chag urim sameach.

Here is a picture of the Menorah from the Lighting of the Quad (pre-lit, as it were). We have a vibrant Jewish community on campus, with activities led by Dr. Gail Bretan, Associate Chaplain for Jewish Life (and a wonderful woman of boundless energy and compassion).

We hope you and your family is enjoying the Winter Break – we’ll bring you more pictures from the fall as the week goes on.
