University offices will be closed December 25-January 1 for the Winter Break.
If you need to reach someone at the university because you have an urgent concern that must be addressed quickly, we have designated the University Police as our 24/7 contact. University Police can assess the situation and determine who best to address your concern. The 24-hour contact number for University Police is 336.758.5591 (non emergency) or 336.758.5911 (emergency). They can get in touch with on-call duty staff 24-hours/day, 365 days a year.
For routine questions or non-emergency concerns, we’d ask you to be in touch with the appropriate office on January 2nd.
Thank you, and we wish your family a good Winter Break.

One of the best ways parents/families can help their students is to let them solve their own problems. Use the Stop, Drop, and Roll method when your student contacts you with a problem. The flyer also lists contact information for serious concerns where family intervention might be appropriate.
Select slide shows from Orientation sessions are available online.
The Office of Family Engagement provides information and support to Wake Forest parents, guardians, grandparents, and family members. The office maintains the Family Engagement Page of the Wake Forest website, which is the primary vehicle of communication with families, as well as our Facebook and Twitter presence.
