Student Flu Shots on October 3

The Student Health Service has partnered with Maxim Healthcare to provide flu vaccines to students on October 3 from 12:00-7:00pm in 401 Benson.  This is a quadravalent vaccine.  The cost is $30 payable by cash, check.  Credit cards can be used by purchasing a voucher from the Benson ticket office.  Maxim also accepts insurance from the following companies:  Aetna, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Anthem BCBS, Sierra Health, Healthspring, Humana, Meridian Health, SummaCare, and Florida Blue.
