Drearydreadfulawful.

That is the best word I can use to describe our weather. We have been having cold rain for the past two days, so much so there are giant puddles in low spots and lots of them in the grassy areas too.  It’s been holding steady in the low 50s.

Really a slap in the face for April, I have to say.  Do not be surprised if your Deacs are cranky about the weather, and the proximity to finals.  Classes end Wednesday.  That usually means tensions run high.

I’m trying to think ahead to sunnier, happier times – Move-In and Orientation for our new ’21s and their families.  Each year, I ask for your help by thinking back to your Deac’s first year and offering advice on what you think our new, incoming families need to know.

For those inclined, please take a couple of minutes and weigh in via this online form.  Your ‘been there, done that’ experiences really help provide some guidance and comfort to our incoming families.  Thanks in advance!

AND SEND US SOME SUN!
