URGENT NOTICE – IMMEDIATE ACTION REQUIRED

12 January 2022

Dear Undergraduate Student:

University records indicate that you are not in compliance with the University’s COVID-19 and/or Influenza vaccine policies

If you are not in compliance by 11:59 pm on Thursday, Jan. 13, 2022, your Spring 2022 class schedule will be dropped and you will be removed from university housing (if applicable). You will not be permitted to participate in in-person university sponsored activities (including athletic events) until you satisfactorily demonstrate compliance.

If you intend to remain enrolled for the Spring 2022 semester, you must submit your documentation through the Student Health Portal immediately. COVID-19 booster and accessibility information is available at vaccines.gov. Flu shot appointments are available at all local pharmacies and at Student Health Service via the Student Health Portal.  If you prefer to withdraw, you must follow the University withdrawal process.
