Health Insurance Enrollment/Waiver Deadline – August 29

The Office of Student Life wishes to remind parents of the upcoming deadline to opt into the student health insurance program or complete a waiver.  Wake Forest requires health insurance for all full-time students.

You may waive enrollment if you carry comparable personal health insurance coverage that meets the minimum criteria set by the University. If you wish to waive coverage, you must complete a waiver prior to the beginning of each academic year. For the fall semester, the deadline for completing the waiver is Monday, August 29, 2011.
