The following message was sent from the Family Weekend Committee to all families who have registered for Family Weekend 

We hope this message finds you well. We’re excitedly counting down the days until Family Weekend, September 27-29, and we can’t wait to welcome you to our campus for a memorable time together! We understand that plans can sometimes change, and we want to make sure you have all the information you need regarding refunds for Family Weekend. This is a friendly reminder that the deadline to request a refund for the weekend registration or any optional items you may have purchased (such as meal tickets, t-shirts, etc.) is fast approaching. Refund Deadline: Sunday, September 8th at 11:59 pm.

If you find that you need to make changes to your Family Weekend plans, kindly ensure that you submit your refund request before the deadline.

Please note that any purchases made after 11:59 pm on Sunday, September 8 will be considered non-refundable. To initiate a refund request or make changes to your registration, please follow the steps outlined in our How to Change your Family Weekend Registration in Cvent guide. If you encounter any difficulties or have questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to our dedicated Family Weekend support team at familyweekend@wfu.edu.
In addition, please note that preorders for Family Weekend t-shirts will end at 11:59 on Sunday, September 8. We will have a limited selection of t-shirts on sale during the weekend. Thank you for your understanding, and we appreciate your commitment to making Family Weekend a memorable experience for everyone involved. We look forward to seeing you on campus and sharing wonderful moments together.
