Google has issued an emergency update to its Chrome browser due to a high threat level exploit known as CVE-2022-1096, a ‘zero-day’ vulnerability.

This emergency update (99.0.4844.84), for macOS, Windows and Linux devices, will roll out to users over the next few days/weeks. To ensure you are protected against this threat, we recommend you update your Chrome browser to release 99.0.4844.84 immediately.
