Welcome to Wake Forest!  We cannot wait to help support your academic journey by providing you with the resources you will need to succeed!

As you prepare to register, we wanted to provide you with some details to keep in mind regarding ordering your course materials.  Once you have your schedule finalized, you will be one step closer to being ready to begin classes! The next step will be taking care of getting your books and supplies.

If you would like, you may order your books from the Bookstore website: wfustores.com and have them ready to pick up when you get to campus. The Bookstore, located in Taylor Building on Hearn Plaza, will also be open every day starting on Monday, August 17th for purchases or book pick up.

Below are step-by-step instructions for getting your books.

  1. Log into WIN
  2. Click on Virtual Campus
  3. Click on Purchase Course Materials (Note: this does not make your purchase final; clicking this link just begins the process)
    1. A new window opens
    2. Select the Fall Term
    3. All of your required materials will be pre-selected
      1. The least expensive option is selected for each title (Digital, Rental, Used, New )
      2. You can change your preference (e.g., Digital or New)
    4. Check out
    5. Select delivery method. In-store pickup is free (and is probably the easiest method). You could also have them shipped home and bring them with you at Move-In.
  4. Come to campus and pick up your books during Bookstore Operating Hours at the Online Pickup Room 007B. There will be signs around the Bookstore to show you where this takes place. The Bookstore is located in Taylor Building on Hearn Plaza (Main Quad).
  5. When you come to the Bookstore to pick up your books, please have your order number ready; the number will be 135100000#####. We only need the last 5 digits.
  6. Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed and ready to go. In other words, do not wait until the last minute to order your textbooks.
  7. Be sure to keep your receipt just in case you switch any classes; you can return your books for a full refund, with the receipt, until September 4, 2020. (Refund Conditions: books must be returned in the same condition as purchased and receipt is required).  All other textbooks purchased after September 4th must be returned within 2 days for a refund (Same Refund Conditions Apply).

If you have any questions, please contact Donna McNeill, Textbook Manager, via email at mcneildr@wfu.edu. We look forward to handling your textbook needs and can’t wait to meet you this fall!

Best wishes,

Willie Williams, General Manager of Stores
