Great outdoor spaces – Farrell

I am out all week this week, so this is a prepost.

As we think about the fall, I want to draw attention to some of the wonderful campus spaces that our students can use, with appropriate social distancing and masking, of course.

Farrell Hall, home to our School of Business, has a number of really great outdoor places.

There is a fire pit with rocking chairs. This is a perennial favorite, particularly at night when Farrell’s lights provide a gorgeous glow on the patio.

The patio proper has outdoor furniture, as well as a ping pong table (a perfect activity!)

I especially love the tables that are nestled between Farrell and the North Campus dining hall. It’s a peaceful, wooded, shady spot.

Whether your student is looking for a study space or a place to dine al fresco with a friend, Farrell is a fantastic place to be.
