In this issue: how to see a virtual demonstration of how to pay your student’s tuition bill (and see other financials) in Workday

Now that advising, academic planning and course registration are live in Workday, the University is looking to the next milestone in July, which moves student financials activities into Workday, including billing, financial aid disbursements and more.

To support parents and families during this change, we are pleased to announce two upcoming, virtual demonstrations for how to engage with your student’s financial information in Workday. We encourage families to register for one of the following Zoom events:

12 p.m. (EST) on June 26

7 p.m. (EST) on July 16

If you are not able to attend either virtual session, the Student Financial Services website will be providing detailed instructions on how to access Workday for authorized third-party users closer to July.

As a reminder, your student has to add you as a third-party user AND they have to grant you access to specific functions, such as viewing the account or paying their bill. The instructions for students to add users are in this document; to access the instructions, students will need to log in using their WFU credentials.

Thank you for your patience and support as we navigate this new system.
