As we continue our pre-scheduled content for the Winter Break, today we look back at one of the most joyful – and highly anticipated – events of the year: Commencement for the Class of 2020. Postponed 16 months from its original date due to the pandemic, we were thrilled to have the Class of 2020 and their families back for an old-fashioned, in-person Commencement on the Quad.

But our Class of 2020 didn’t just get their moment in the sun – they also got to sign up for Bell Tower and Tunnel Tours the day before; thus tour is a favorite tradition that normally happens for students in the spring of their senior year. Students get to explore the tunnels below Wait Chapel, as well as the uppermost portion of Wait Chapel’s spire, signing their names as they go. Here’s a glimpse of the Class of 2020 making their mark.
