Important Parking Pass Information for 2019-20

For any Deacs bringing their cars to campus, they will need to register their vehicles. Here is some important information about registration and deadlines. Please be sure to click on the link with specific information for your student’s year.

Resident student vehicle registration (non-first years, and non-sophomores) will begin July 30, 2019 at 9:00 a.m.

First year student vehicle registration (undergraduates) will begin Thursday, August 1st at 9:00 a.m.

Sophomore student vehicle registration will begin, Friday, August 2nd at 9:00 a.m.

Commuting student vehicle registration (i.e., students living off campus, graduate students) registration begins Wednesday, August 7th at 10:00 a.m.

For all students EXCEPT first years, it’s highly recommended that you go online prior to your registration time and ensure your vehicle information is correct, including the correct license plate number.

For our commuting students, there is a limited number of on-campus parking permits, so be aware that you may need to purchase an off-campus permit and walk or shuttle on to campus.

Families, as always, it is best to let your students navigate this process and do the registration themselves – but you can give them a prompt to be sure to log in at the right time.
