We have a new website that went up today for Early Decision students (and those accepted Early Decision): https://earlydecision.newstudents.wfu.edu/. For any P’23 families whose students were admitted Early Decision already (or for those ED2 applicants awaiting a decision), this page is for you.

A couple of dates on that page might jump out: Campus Days for accepted students will be held April 5 and 12. Our Admissions office plans and runs that optional program, and they will be publishing information about it later in the spring. Right now they are kindasorta busy reading all the Early Decision 2 and Regular Decision applications, so it will be a while before they have all the details. In years past, the day has run from something like 8 am to 3 or 4 pm and families can choose which date they want to attend (if they do – again, this is optional). Most of the time, students come with a parent or family member, so you may want to mark your calendars now and await more information. I would not buy airlines tickets yet, because it would be wiser to wait until the schedule is released.

clock counts down to orientationAlso on the Early Decision page is this awesome countdown til Move-In Day clock! Coincidentally, my birthday falls on Move-In Day this year, so I will be referring to this as the Countdown to My Birthday Clock. Since I have to be working all day on my birthday, I might have to treat myself to a birthday tiara or a sash or something. Thankfully, I have 242 more days to plan all that 🙂
