Projects

For those of you with Deacs in summer school, you might have heard that there is a bunch of repaving going on right now. The new blacktop they have laid down thus far is smooth and beautiful.

Summer is the time for colleges to do a lot of projects – makes for easier work because many of the residence halls are not in use, there is not as much traffic, etc.

How many things are going on this summer, you ask? Well, our Facilities team has a project map that you can look at. Click on any of the orange or blue icons and you can see a one-liner about what is taking place. Some of them are small projects – like painting – others are much larger scale, from classroom renovations to renovating residence halls and apartments.

Bet you had no idea there were these many things happening at once!
