There is a series of events next week geared to help your Deacs with stress; details are on the Signs of Stress website. But what caught my eye is that THERE WILL BE DOGS. Check out the schedule below. And on the subject of wellbeing, since it’s Friday, give your kids a call. You know why.

Do you know the five signs and how to manage stress? Join us next week to learn more about stress management through fun activities, and free mental health screenings from the University Counseling Center. All eventsĀ areĀ free, and open to students, faculty and staff within the Wake Forest Campus Community.
