There is a series of events next week geared to help your Deacs with stress; details are on the Signs of Stress website. But what caught my eye is that THERE WILL BE DOGS. Check out the schedule below. And on the subject of wellbeing, since it’s Friday, give your kids a call. You know why.

Do you know the five signs and how to manage stress? Join us next week to learn more about stress management through fun activities, and free mental health screenings from the University Counseling Center. All events are free, and open to students, faculty and staff within the Wake Forest Campus Community.

Take a break in Farrell Hall for a fun, tail wagging time! There will be Certified Therapy Dogs from the Winston-Salem Dog Training Club, free snacks, give aways, and mental health screenings from the University Counseling Center.

March 21st | 3:00-5:00 pm | Manchester Plaza
Find your creative side, and de-stress by participating in a fun canvas painting activity. Enjoy free snacks and give aways, and check in on your mental health by completing a quick screening from the University Counseling Center.

Stress Less Kits
March 22nd | 3:00-5:00 pm | Manchester Plaza
