As we continue our winter break feature of Pics of the Day, today we are featuring some spontaneous music making on campus. Music is a remarkable additive to campus life – whether that is a student playing the piano on the Quad or in the Benson Center, or hearing what students are blaring from their rooms with open windows, or to hear performances at open mic nights or in formal concert settings.
This is Wake Forest senior Jamerdon Dean (’17), who I am told performs under the stage name Dean Chatham. He is performing his original music on Manchester Plaza in front of an appreciative crowd.
There is so much talent in our student body – inside and outside of the classroom!

The Office of Family Engagement provides information and support to Wake Forest parents, guardians, grandparents, and family members. The office maintains the Family Engagement Page of the Wake Forest website, which is the primary vehicle of communication with families, as well as our Facebook and Twitter presence.
