The Parent Programs office received the following email from Information Systems about phone service on campus today (8/2).

————-

Due to severe storms in our area during last night, the campus telephone system is now experiencing static.  Please know that Information Systems is working with our telephone system vendor to reset hardware in order to correct the static on the campus telephones.

During the reset period, phone service including voice mail, will not function.  If you are on a call during the reset, your call will be disconnected. We cannot currently share the exact time or duration of the outage as it is dependent upon resources beyond Wake Forest Information Systems.

Thank you for your patience as we address this issue and work to restore phone service campus wide.  If you have questions about this message, please contact us at help@wfu.edu.
