As of 9 a.m. Tuesday, travel conditions are improving rapidly across campus, but caution is advised for all who are driving and walking. Parking lots and sidewalks were treated yesterday and are being treated this morning. But, they will remain partially covered with ice and slippery throughout the morning where ice melt could not be applied or still needs time to take full effect. Please use extreme caution when outside. Conditions are expected to improve through the morning and early afternoon as weather conditions improve and ice melt takes effect. If you encounter sidewalk or pedestrian areas that appear untreated, please contact Facilities and Campus Services at 336-758-4255 or firstname.lastname@example.org or via that office’s webpage at: http://facilities.wfu.edu/request/

One of the best ways parents/families can help their students is to let them solve their own problems. Use the Stop, Drop, and Roll method when your student contacts you with a problem. The flyer also lists contact information for serious concerns where family intervention might be appropriate.
Select slide shows from Orientation sessions are available online.
The Office of Family Engagement provides information and support to Wake Forest parents, guardians, grandparents, and family members. The office maintains the Family Engagement Page of the Wake Forest website, which is the primary vehicle of communication with families, as well as our Facebook and Twitter presence.
