The Learning Assistance Center’s “Study Smarter, Not Harder” workshop series will introduce WFU students to a number of helpful strategies that will improve academic performance. Our first workshop for the fall semester is scheduled forWednesday, October 7, from 5:00-6:00 in the ZSR Library Auditorium (Room 404). This workshop will focus specifically on time management and stress/anxiety relief.

For mental health assistance: 336-758-CARE (2273) is a service that ensures someone will always be available (i.e., 24/7 M-F, weekends and university holidays) to provide caring and thoughtful consultation services for Wake Forest students in need of mental health assistance or support.
