Spring Housing Reminder for Students on Campus and Returning from Abroad

Residence Life and Housing sent an email recently to students about the spring room change/petition process and information for students studying abroad.   Please make note of details that might pertain to your student.

This is a reminder about the Spring Room Change/Petition process.

Petitions

If you would like to be considered for off campus housing or you are transferring, graduating for the Spring, please fill out the Petition to be Released.

Petitions should be submitted by Monday, November 3rd at 5pm.

Spring Room Change

Remember to fill out a room change request if you want a move:

  • To a Double
  • To a Single
  • Within a Theme or Greek Block
  • Or are being pulled in by someone

Spring Room Change request forms are due not later than November 7th at 5pm.

Spring Room Selection if Returning From Abroad

If you are returning from abroad and are not being pulled in by someone, living in a Theme or Greek Block, or petitioning to live off-campus, you will select housing online the week of December 15th.  If you wish to petition to live off campus when you return from abroad – whether for a medical reason or any other reason (including simply preference to live off campus) – you must fill out this form to be considered: http://rlh.wfu.edu/petition-to-be-released/  Petitions should be submitted by Monday, November 3rd at 5pm.
