The following message is from Major D.G. Stormer of University Police

Dear Wake Forest Families,

The Wake Forest University Police Department is excited to introduce a new citizen feedback system designed to strengthen communication and service within our campus community.

Through a platform called PowerEngage, students and community members may receive a brief text message survey following an interaction with University Police—typically within hours or days after a call for service. These surveys provide an opportunity to rate the experience, share comments, or express appreciation for the responding officer.

Surveys are sent to the phone number associated with the service call or officer report. However, anyone who would like to provide feedback—even if they did not receive a text—can do via the Customer Satisfaction Survey.

Our department is dedicated to protecting and supporting all members of the Wake Forest community—both on and off campus. Your partnership and feedback help us enhance safety and service every day.

Sincerely,
Major D.G. Stormer
