Dear parents and families of 2022 Graduates,

Congratulations on your student’s upcoming graduation! Commencement ticket registration is now open. Your student has been sent a registration link with the option to register for Commencement tickets, Baccalaureate tickets and parking passes. Students must order tickets for their guests; tickets will be distributed to students just before Commencement (more details will be sent to students closer to May).

Students will receive 8 guest tickets for the Commencement ceremony (9 a.m. Monday, May 16) and 2 tickets for Baccalaureate (9 a.m. Sunday, May 15); students do not need to have a ticket for themselves if they are planning to march in the student processional for each ceremony. We regret that due to space limitations, we cannot offer additional guest tickets; students can work with their friends and classmates who do not need their full allotment of tickets if they need extras.

In addition to general tickets, students may also purchase tickets to the Commencement breakfast and Baccalaureate brunch.

Please discuss your family’s ticket needs with your student so that they can order tickets and other items appropriately.

Please note the fulfillment of ticket requests are contingent upon successful completion of courses this term, which is determined by the Office of the University Registrar.

We know you may have other questions, and we encourage you to review the Commencement website, paying particular attention to the following page: Family and Guest Information.

Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at commencement@wfu.edu. We look forward to celebrating your students’ achievements in May!
