Good Evening –

You’re receiving this message because you have not yet checked in for the Fall semester.

Based on the number of students remaining, we are shifting all remaining check-ins to community. You may check in this evening until 10 p.m. or tomorrow between 9 a.m. and 10 p.m.

Upon arrival, you will need to go to your community office and call the RA on duty for check-in. The number needed will be posted at your community office and can also be found here https://rlh.wfu.edu/contact-us/community-on-call-phone-numbers/. If the RA is helping another student, you may have to wait until they are available to assist you.

Parking and Transportation Services will still be available at LJVM for parking permit pick-up unless you hear differently directly from their office.

Beginning Monday, August 28th when classes for the Fall 2023 semester begin, students will need to check in at the Office of Residence Life and Housing between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday or make individual arrangements via email at housing@wfu.edu.

If you have any questions, our office will be staffed tomorrow (Sunday, August 27 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.) and can be reached at 336-758-5185 or housing@wfu.edu.

Thank you and welcome back to campus!

Best –
