The Passing of Derek Palme

The following message was sent to the campus community today from the Office of Communication and External Relations.

We regret to inform you that Wake Forest junior Derek C. Palme died this past weekend at his home in Long Valley, New Jersey.

A memorial service will be held in Wait Chapel at 4 p.m. January 20.

The University will share information with students, faculty and staff regarding a service in New Jersey when those arrangements have been made.
