The Office of Parent Programs received the following email from Student Financial Services this morning.  Upperclassmen who have unpaid balances on their financial account received the following email (below); there was also a version for incoming first year and transfer students.

Please urge your student to check his/her account in WIN to make sure there are no balances, and make appropriate payment where needed.  This will ensure your student does not experience any holds or delays when he/she arrives on campus.  If your student has authorized you as a third-party payer on DEAC, you may look up this information yourself.

Dear Student:

In order to give you sufficient time before your arrival to campus, Student Financial Services wants to make you aware that a registration hold has been placed on your student account due to an outstanding balance. The outstanding balance needs to be resolved in order for the registration hold to be removed. All other holds must be resolved with the office that has placed the hold on your account. You can view all holds on your account via WIN.

For your convenience, you can view and pay your outstanding balance via DEAC Payments can either be made in person at the Cashier’s window (REY 107), through DEAC or by mail. Student Financial Services is open from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday-Friday. Credit & debit cards are not accepted.

If mailing a check, please make the check payable to Wake Forest University, write the student ID# on the check and mail to:
