Parents: please ask your students to check their DEAC account status to make sure their spring 2011 semester payment has been received. Registration holds were set today for students with unpaid balances. Emails were sent to affected students notifying them of the holds, so students can also check their WFU email account to see if this applies to them.

The full text of the email that was sent to students with unpaid balances is below.

Dear Student,

In order to give you sufficient time before spring 2011 registration begins, Student Financial Services wants to make you aware that a registration hold has been placed on your student account due to an outstanding balance. The outstanding balance needs to be resolved in order for the registration hold to be removed. All other holds must be resolved with the office that has placed the hold on your account. You can view all holds on your account via WIN.

For your convenience, you can view and pay your outstanding balance via DEAC by using the following link http://www.wfu.edu/fas/ar/deac.html   Payments can either be made in person at the Cashier’s window (REY 107), through DEAC or by mail. Student Financial Services is open from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday-Friday. Credit & debit cards are not accepted.

If mailing a check, please make the check payable to Wake Forest University, write the student ID# on the check and mail to:

Wake Forest University
