Student Health Insurance Rates for 2011-12

The Office of Student Life announces the health insurance rates for the Student Blue plan for the 2011-12 benefit year.  Information on rates can be found on the Student Health Insurance page.

Health insurance is required as a condition of enrollment for full-time, degree-seeking domestic undergraduate students.  Students who demonstrate comparable coverage may waive the insurance provided by Wake Forest.  Information on the waiver process can be found on the Enrollment / Verifications / Waivers page.
