Dear Wake Forest University Families,

As we approach the conclusion of another academic year, the task of moving out can seem daunting. Wake Forest is delighted to collaborate with Storage Scholars once again, a WFU student-founded and operated company that eases the burden of moving, storage, and shipping for our families. Notably, Storage Scholars gained recognition on  Shark Tank last year, securing an investment from Mark Cuban, and now serves over 140 campuses nationwide.

Beyond being a service provider, Storage Scholars is a pillar of community support, offering job opportunities and internships to our students. With more than 2,000 students employed and over $2.4 million paid in on-campus wages, they foster a peer-to-peer service model, enabling students to assist each other with their storage and moving needs.

Here’s how Storage Scholars streamlines your college move-out and move-in experiences:

  • Pack & Lock: Receive packing supplies, pack at your pace, secure your items in your room, and depart whenever you’re ready. They also cater to off-campus students!

  • Pick-Up & Store: Post-exams, student interns access your dorm to transport and store your belongings in a nearby, secure, climate-controlled facility.

  • Delivery to Campus: Find your items ready and waiting in your new room on campus or receive them off-campus at your chosen time.

  • Shipping: Need items shipped home for the summer, or to your new apartment post-graduation? They handle that too!

Learn more about how Storage Scholars tailors its summer storage, dorm room moving and shipping options to families on our campus by visiting their Wake Forest-specific page.
