The following message was sent from Residence Life and Housing to all students who will be moving in and/or needing to interact with their office this week for spring room changes, etc.

Good Afternoon –

I hope you are well and looking forward to returning to campus this week!

Our records indicate that you might need to pick-up a key and/or check-in with our office as you arrive on campus.

If you are completing a fall to spring room change and already have your spring key, please ensure you’ve returned your fall key and disregard the remainder of this message.

If you are moving onto campus for the spring semester and need to check-in, please review the details below.

  • Check-in will be daily between 9am and 5pm at the Office of Residence Life and Housing located in the rear of Angelou Hall.
    • If you need to arrive after hours, you must notify us 24 hours in advance and arrive to campus between 5pm and 10pm. Please submit this form to notify us of your need for after-hours arrival.
  • If you are scheduled to arrive prior to January 23 or beginning January 25, please plan to enter our lobby to pick-up your key. Please note our lobby has a limited capacity and you may be asked to wait outside during peak times.
  • On Saturday, January 23, and Sunday, January 24 we will operate a drive-up process. When you arrive on campus, please enter our parking lot from Wingate Rd (see diagram below) and then call us at 336-758-7777. We will bring your key out to you; please do NOT enter our office.
