Hosted by Wake Forest’s Athletics Department, the Special Olympics will be held this week on campus for three days—April 21, 22 and 23.

During this time, Special Olympics athletes will arrive in large numbers in buses.  Traffic will be heavy on campus.

Although no roads will be closed, police officers will be directing traffic and pedestrians in front of Reynolds Gym and Manchester Athletic Center.  Parking lots M and L will be closed to accommodate the loading and unloading of participants for this event.  Lot M is located between Reynolda Hall and Reynolds Gym; Lot L is between Reynolds Gym and Manchester Athletic Center.

The Special Olympics will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on April 21 through 23 in Kentner Stadium.
