Seniors with Graduation Holds
The Office of Student Financial Services sent the following email to seniors with graduation holds on their accounts. All balances must be cleared before graduation. If you are the parent or family member of a senior, please urge your student to check his/her account balance.

Dear Student,
In order to give you sufficient time before graduation, Student Financial Services wants to make you aware that a graduation hold has been placed on your student account due to an outstanding balance. The outstanding balance needs to be resolved in order for you to be cleared to graduate. All other holds must be resolved with the office that has placed the hold on your account. You can view all holds on your account via WIN. You can not order/pick up your cap and gown until all holds are cleared.
For your convenience, you can view and pay your outstanding balance via DEAC Payments can either be made in person at the Cashier’s window (REY107), through DEAC or by mail. Student Financial Services is open from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday-Friday. Credit & debit cards are not accepted.
If mailing a check, please make the check payable to Wake Forest University, write the student ID# on the check and mail to:
