Round 2 of Registration is this week.  Students will select the remainder of their schedules on the day and time specified to them in WIN.

Here are a couple of reminders:

All holds must be cleared before your students can register for classes.  Your students can check for holds by going into WIN-Virtual Campus-Check Your Holds and Registration Status to check for any holds.  Having a hold means you cannot register until the hold is cleared; it could be a hold for an unpaid fee of some sort, etc.  Students are advised to make sure that they don’t have any holds before the second round of Registration.  It is wise to check it a couple of times this week – once now, then once the morning they register.  From the Registrar’s web site: “Offices such as Finance & Accounting, ZSR, etc. will NOT be available to remove holds after 4 p.m.  In addition, the Office of the University Registrar staff cannot remove a hold placed by another office.”

Registration information is available online at the Registrar’s site.  A helpful tool is the Google Mail Chat function that is available after hours.  If your student runs into a technical issue or some question, they can use this Chat option to get after hours assistance.
