The following message was sent to students who are not in compliance with the SneezSafe requirement as of October 6th.

Data is one of our greatest allies in fighting the spread of COVID-19, which is why we require all who occupy or visit campus to complete the SneezSafe wellness screening daily. To learn more about the effectiveness of contact tracing and importance of daily reporting, please watch this video.

Our records indicate that you have not been using SneezSafe daily, and we really need you to do so.

It only takes a minute and this screening informs health and safety that can keep us all on campus. It’s also mandatory.

You can request an exemption from Daily Symptom Monitoring if you meet one of the following criteria:

  • You are not currently residing in any of our Wake Forest University properties and do not plan to be on any University campus/facility or attend (in-person) University-sponsored programs or activities.
  • You are an employee who will not be returning to any Wake Forest University campus/facility during the fall semester of 2020.

If either of these items apply to you, please request an exemption from SneezSafe so that we may update our records. Your Deacon OneCard will be deactivated by submitting this request.

Students – Submit this exemption form.

Faculty and Staff – Submit this exemption form.

Thank you for working hard to help Wake Forest keep college on campus!

If you think you have received this message in error, please complete our compliance form so we can work to quickly remedy this discrepancy.
