This is a reminder that Wake Forest’s safety and security team will conduct a full functionality test of the newly installed emergency lockdown system on the Reynolda Campus today between 10 and 11 a.m. During this time, all external doors will be locked.

Deacon OneCards will not provide building access during the test. Entry into buildings will only be possible if someone opens the door from the inside. You may exit a building at any time during the lockdown. Normal operations will resume immediately after testing is complete.

Emergency testing is an important part of the University’s ongoing safety preparedness and helps ensure all systems function as expected. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. By regularly testing our emergency systems, the University can better prepare to respond to emergencies and keep our campus community safe.
