A campus-wide power outage affecting nearly all buildings on Reynolda Campus, as well as the University Corporate Center, is scheduled for Sunday, August 7. Duke Energy and WFU Facilities and Campus Services will be performing work at the Cherry Street substation in Winston-Salem. The outage will begin at approximately 2 a.m. Power is expected to be restored by 9 a.m. Facilities and Campus Services will have staff on campus during the power outage and will ensure all building systems are functioning properly once power is restored.

The following buildings will not be affected:
Porter Byrum Center Center
Starling Hall
North Campus Apartments
Deacon Place
Polo Road Houses
