The Student Financial Services office sent the following email to any students who have a registration hold for unpaid balances.  Parents and families, please check the DEAC system or ask your students to do so as soon as possible so any balances can be paid before registration begins.

———————–

Dear Student,

In order to give you sufficient time before major/minor registration begins, Student Financial Services wants to make you aware that a registration hold has been placed on your student account due to an outstanding balance. The outstanding balance needs to be resolved in order for the registration hold to be removed. All other holds must be resolved with the office that has placed the hold on your account. You can view all holds on your account via WIN.

For your convenience, you can view and pay your outstanding balance via DEAC by using the following link http://www.wfu.edu/fas/ar/deac.html Payments can either be made in person at the Cashier’s window (REY 107), through DEAC or by mail. Student Financial Services is open from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday-Friday. Credit & debit cards are not accepted. If mailing a check, please make the check payable to Wake Forest University, write the student ID# on the check and mail to:

Wake Forest University
P.O. Box 751425
Charlotte, NC 28275-1425

If you have made payment to your student account within the past few days, then please disregard this e-mail. If you have questions regarding your student account, please do not hesitate to call 336-758-5234 or e-mail at sfs@wfu.edu. We will be happy to assist you. Please provide your student id when contacting our office for assistance.
