The Office of Student Financial Services sent the following e-mail to students who have registration holds on their accounts for unpaid balances.  Parents are asked to check their student’s DEAC account (or have their student do it) to ensure they do not have a registration hold.

———————–

Dear Student,

In order to give you sufficient time before spring registration begins, Student Financial Services wants to make you aware that a registration hold has been placed on your student account due to an outstanding balance. The outstanding balance needs to be resolved in order for the registration hold to be removed. All other holds must be resolved with the office that has placed the hold on your account. You can view all holds on your account via WIN.

For your convenience, you can view and pay your outstanding balance via DEAC. Payments can either be made in person at the Cashier’s window (REY 107), through DEAC or by mail. Student Financial Services is open from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday-Friday. Credit & debit cards are not accepted.

If mailing a check, please make the check payable to Wake Forest University, write the student ID# on the check and mail to:

Wake Forest University
P.O. Box 751425
Charlotte, NC 28275-1425

If you have made full payment to your student account within the past few days, then please disregard this e-mail. If you have questions regarding your student account, please do not hesitate to call 336-758-5234 or e-mail at sfs@wfu.edu. We will be happy to assist you. Please provide your student ID# when contacting our office for assistance. Our customer service phone line is open Monday-Friday 8:30 am EST to 5:00 pm EST.
Thank you,
