Please Check DEAC for Registration Holds
Student Financial Services sent the following email to the Parent Programs office yesterday. This email was sent to all students for whom there is a Registration Hold on their account due to an unpaid balance. Parents and families, please urge your students to check their DEAC balance to ensure they pay any balances due and can register for spring 2012 classes on time.

Dear Student,
In order to give you sufficient time before major/minor and regular registration begins, Student Financial Services wants to make you aware that a registration hold has been placed on your student account due to an outstanding balance. The outstanding balance needs to be resolved in order for the registration hold to be removed. All other holds must be resolved with the office that has placed the hold on your account. You can view all holds on your account via WIN.
For your convenience, you can view and pay your outstanding balance via DEAC. Payments can either be made in person at the Cashier’s window (REY 107), through DEAC or by mail. Student Financial Services is open from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday-Friday. Credit & debit cards are not accepted.
If mailing a check, please make the check payable to Wake Forest University, write the student ID# on the check and mail to:
Wake Forest University
P.O. Box 751425
Charlotte, NC 28275-1425
If you have made full payment to your student account within the past few days, then please disregard this e-mail. If you have questions regarding your student account, please do not hesitate to call 336-758-5234 or e-mail at sfs@wfu.edu. We will be happy to assist you. Please provide your student id when contacting our office for assistance. Our customer service phone line is open Monday-Friday 8:30 am EST to 5:00 pm EST.
Thank you and have a pleasant evening,
