The following message was sent from the Office of Residence Life and Housing to students living at the Crowne properties as part of University-sponsored housing.
Good Morning Crowne Apartment Residents –
I hope this message finds you well and looking forward to our spring semester!
Soon we will begin communicating about our move-in and return to campus processes. Please be sure to review those messages and note that you are expected to comply with all pre-arrival expectations.
That said, I wanted to provide clarity on when you may pick-up your keys since you are doing so from a property rather than our office.
- Saturday, January 23 – Key pick-up between 10 am and 5 pm
- Sunday, January 24 – Key pick-up between 1 pm and 4 pm
- Monday, January 25 – Friday, January 29 – Key pick-up between 9 am and 5 pm
If you have any questions please let us know!
Best –

If Your Student Has a Problem
One of the best ways parents/families can help their students is to let them solve their own problems. Use the Stop, Drop, and Roll method when your student contacts you with a problem. The flyer also lists contact information for serious concerns where family intervention might be appropriate.
