Is your son or daughter about to graduate?  Encourage him/her to log onto their Student Health Portal to print off important health care records.  Students can access and print off official copies of their immunization record as well as reports from any laboratory tests obtained during visits to Student Health Service.

Most graduate programs, some jobs and volunteer positions require a copy of immunization records.  Copies of receipts of fees incurred during visits to Student Health Service are also available on this portal.  Documentation and coding needed for reimbursement from insurance, health savings accounts and FSAs are included on these receipts.

While Student Health Service will maintain copies of health care records electronically, direct student access to this portal ceases 60 days after graduation (when their WFU email accounts expires).

Students who will be returning in the fall will continue to have access to this information over the summer.  For more information about and access to the Student Health Portal, please visit: shs.wfu.edu.
