Student Financial Services has sent the following email to students who have a registration hold for account balances due.  Please encourage your student to check his/her email and DEAC to ensure that all account balances are paid.

—————–

Dear Student,

We look forward to welcoming you back to campus. In order to give you sufficient time before the start of classes, Student Financial Services wants to make you aware that a registration hold has been placed on your student account due to an outstanding balance. The outstanding balance needs to be resolved in order for the registration hold to be removed. All other holds must be resolved with the office that has placed the hold on your account. You can view all holds on your account via WIN.

For your convenience, you can view and pay your outstanding balance via DEAC.  Payments can either be made in person at the Cashier’s window (REY 107), through DEAC or by mail. Student Financial Services is open from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday-Friday. Credit & debit cards are not accepted.

If mailing a check, please make the check payable to Wake Forest University, write the student ID# on the check and mail to:

Wake Forest University

P.O. Box 751425

Charlotte, NC 28275-1425

If you have made payment to your student account within the past few days, then please disregard this e-mail.

Wake Forest is now also pleased  to provide student expense reimbursements and student account refund payments by direct deposit to students.   Reimbursements and student refunds can now be deposited directly into your bank account rather than mailing you a paper check. To sign up, please follow these 3 easy steps:

Step 1: Sign into WIN/Personal Tab/Online Bills/Direct Deposit Authorization & Maintenance

Step 2: Enter your banking information under the ‘Accounts Payable Payments’ section of the form for reimbursements and student refunds and the “Payroll” section for student employment.

Step 3: Read the “Conditions Section” and click on “Submit Direct Deposit Information”. You will get a confirmation message that your information has been accepted.  (You must click on submit in order to be enrolled for direct deposit)

If you have questions regarding your student account, please do not hesitate to call 336-758-5234 or e-mail at sfs@wfu.edu. We will be happy to assist you.

Thank You,
Wake Forest Student Financial Services
