Student Financial Services sent the email below to students who have holds on their accounts.  Please ask your student to check his/her account to ensure there are no unpaid balances or other holds that need to be cleared.

———————-

Dear Student,

Student Financial Services hopes you had a good winter break and we welcome you back to campus in the next few weeks.

You are receiving this email because your student account is past due. As a result, a registration hold has been placed on your student account. This hold is preventing you from registering for classes or requesting an official WFU transcript.  To view your student account, please log into DEAC (Deacon Electronic Account Center).

Your student account currently has a past due amount. The past due balance must be paid in order for the registration hold to be removed. Spring tuition and fees were due on December 1, 2013.

For your convenience, your payment can be made online through DEAC.  Other available payment methods  can be viewed on the SFS website.

If you have questions regarding your bill, payment or hold, please do not hesitate to come by our office located in Reynolda Hall, Room 107 or contact us at the contact information stated below.

Thank You,
