The Wake Forest University Theatre presents “Smash.” Set in a British women’s college, Smash romps its way through explorations of love, capitalism, and the messiness of human nature. Please join us in the lobby on September 17th for our regular opening night post-performance reception. We will offer refreshments and welcome the newest members of our Wake Forest faculty, and you’ll be able to meet the cast, crew, director, and designers. The Secrest Artist Series hosts Neil Berg’s widely acclaimed “100 Years of Broadway” on Saturday, September 18 at 7:30 p.m. in Wait Chapel.   “100 Years of Broadway” is a musical revue of Broadway’s most celebrated shows, features a dazzling cast of Broadway stars accompanied by an all-star New York band. The show recreates the biggest moments from the most beloved shows of the century including The Phantom of the Opera, South Pacific, My Fair Lady, Chicago, Les Miserables, CATS, Jesus Christ Superstar and Jekyll & Hyde.
