The following message went to parents and families whose students were not yet in compliance with our vaccination requirements

Dear parents and families,

Today, your student received a reminder from Wake Forest regarding the University’s vaccination policy requirements. Students are required to provide proof of a COVID booster by January 7.

Students who fail to comply with these requirements (and who have not been approved for an exemption) will not be permitted to attend in-person classes this spring, reside in University housing, or participate in in-person activities until such time as they satisfactorily comply.

Please discuss this communication with your student, as a response is imperative.

Please note: Even if your student has contacted Wake Forest already to talk about any delays in their compliance, they will continue to receive reminder emails until their documentation has been uploaded to the Student Health Service portal.

Thank you for your assistance with this matter.
