ACTION NEEDED: WFU requires flu vaccine documentation from your student by Dec. 15

This message was sent in regard to students who have not provided documentation related to the influenza vaccination.

Dear parents and families,

Today, your student received another reminder from Wake Forest regarding the University’s influenza vaccination policy. Students are required to provide proof of vaccination for influenza by December 15. 

Students who fail to comply with this policy by the December 15 deadline (and who have not been approved for an exemption) will not be permitted to attend in-person classes this spring, reside in University housing, or participate in in-person activities until such time as they satisfactorily comply.  

Please discuss this communication with your student, as a response is imperative.
