A weather-related message

Patchy black ice is expected Tuesday morning, Feb. 8, in Winston-Salem and the surrounding areas. Conditions should improve by mid-morning.

The WeatherSTEM stations at the Miller Center (@WakeForestWx) and at Truist Field (@WFUFootballWx) provide real-time weather data for Wake Forest University and surrounding neighborhoods. On Facebook, Wake Forest Weatherstem and Wake Forest Football Weatherstem. WeatherSTEM offers apps for iOS and Android.

Weather forecasts are also available on local TV stations WXII, WGHP, WFMY and Spectrum News Triad and The Weather Channel.  Current forecast information can also be found here.

In the event of a weather emergency, Wake Forest will use the Wake Alert emergency notification system to communicate with students, faculty and staff. More information on signing up for emergency text alerts and voice messages can be found at Wake Ready here.
